My sister-in-law Jenna and I
have been doing the couch to 5K
training program since the week after
Thanksgiving.
We run 3 days a week at 5:50 am so we
don't have to run with children :)
We found a 5K to run on February 11
at the Lehi Legacy Center. We did really well
for our first 5k. We clocked in at 34 mins, which I am
really proud of seeing that we had to walk a
little bit in the middle because
we each got a stitch in our sides. We usually run inside
and the run was obviously outside so
there was that adjustment.
But I am still very proud of us for sticking to it and we
still run 3 days a week and are planning to do
another 5k probably in March!
