Kynslie is 1 month old!

Where did this month go? 

I can't believe my little Kynslie is 1 month old today!

 At 1 month Kynslie...

~Wears size New Born diapers

~ Wears New born size clothes 

~Smiled on purpose for the first time yesterday! 

(I know it's early but she really did! )

~ Nurses every 2-4 hours

~Is my NOISIEST sleeper!

~Has reflux and is being medicated for it.

~Her fussy time is from about 7pm-9pm every night.

~ She LOVES to snuggle!

~ She is our loudest cryer 

(Must be because she is number 3 :) )

~ Doesn't mind the carseat during the day but when it's dark outside she hates the car!

Kynslie is for sure giving me a run for it when it comes to sleeping at night... She sleeps she is just really noisy and keeps me up most of the night. I would move her into her bedroom but I am a nervous Mommy and with all her reflux/choking I just can't emotionally move her out of my room yet.

She is such a sweet baby most of the time and I just love snuggling her! 

Owen is so in love with Kynslie and wants to make sure he gets to hold her at least a

few times a day! 

While he holds her he says stuff like "You are such a cute little girl! I just love you so much!" "You are so adorable!" "I love being your big brother!"

Owen melts my heart when he interacts with Kynslie!

Livvy likes Kynslie too! She loves to rub her head while saying "Key Cute!"

 And if Kynslie starts crying she makes sure she comes to me and says "Uh-oh! Baby dying!" Which translated means baby is crying :)

Both Owen and Livvy seem to be adjusting great to their baby sister!

I am having a little bit of a hard time adjusting to 3 kids... It takes me so much longer to get ready

and out of the house and it about kills me when I have to let Kynslie cry because I need to do something for Owen or Livvy. Also I feel like my brain has totally left me with the birth of child number 3 but maybe just maybe it will return to me in time :)

Kynslie is 2 weeks old!

I can't believe my little Kynslie is 2 weeks old now!

I took her to her 2 week check up today and here are her stats.. 

   Weight ~ 7.67 lbs ~ 32%

Height ~ 20.5 in ~ 63%

Head ~ 13.75in ~ 41%

Kynslie is doing great! Her umbilical cord fell off yesterday which is really fast for my kids!

 (Owen was 3 1/2 wks and Livvy was 4wks when theirs finally fell off.)

The Doctor had to put silver nitrate in her belly button to cauterize it, which doesn't hurt her at all.

Kynslie is dealing with reflux just like her big brother did so we started her on 

some reflux medication today.

Kynslie is such a sweet and good baby! She nurses about every 3 hours during the day and goes about 4 hours between feedings during the night :)

She is our snuggliest baby! She LOVES being snuggled and held all the time! She is having more

and more awake time and when she is awake she looks around so intensely and just seems to

want to take everything in! I know that babies don't smile until 5-6wks but just tuesday evening

I was at a presidency meeting and she was looking right at me and I was talking to her and she totally smiled! I would like to think she was smiling at me but supposedly she's too young to be smiling in response to me but who knows, maybe I have a genius on my hands :)
