A couple days after Suzie
left we took advantage of fall break and went to
Nauvoo, IL!
The first day was driving and
swimming at our hotel.
The second day we started out with
petting horses!
Then we went on a
wagon ride around Old Nauvoo!
Then the family center to learn
how to make a rope
and how to make wool
On to some cool
restored buildings
We went into town for
some lunch
From there we drove the
30 minutes to Carthage Jail
The girls were sleeping so I sent
Trent and Owen on the tour and I stayed
in the van to let them sleep, which is why I
don't have pictures of Owen :(
After Carthage we went back to Nauvoo
and toured more buildings.

After that we went
to dinner in Nauvoo then back to old Nauvoo
for the play.
The kids LOVED the play!
Then next day we went swimming in
the morning and headed home.
We stopped in Quincy, IL to
have lunch with Jackie.
I'm so glad we got to see
Jackie and meet her little man!
It was such a fun trip!
