Easter!

Easter morning Owen woke

up super excited about finding eggs that
Easter Bunny had hid!

So this first collage of pictures is
the kids finding eggs...


We decided to go to church with my parents
because we were going there for dinner and an egg hunt
that afternoon anyway.
Owen loved seeing my Mom up singing with the choir.

After church we went to my Moms house
and had dinner and birthday cake for Stevie and then an Easter
egg hunt for the kids!

Once again Owen loved it!

Happy 4th anniversary to us!

It seems like yesterday
that we just got married!

But there are a few HUGE differences from 4 years ago...

• I love Trent way more now then I did on the day we married which I didn't know was possible because I was so very much in love the day we got married.
• We have a little boy named Owen :)
• We have a little girl named Livvy :)
• We have been through lay offs, vacations, pregnancies, birth of our kids, buying a home and lots and lots of laughs!

This is where he was telling me that he loves my deviousness... hahaha

I am so happy that we found each other!

Poor sick Owen :(

My poor little Owen was REALLY
sick a few weeks ago...

He started running a very high fever in the middle of the night.
Like it was 105.6 :(
So at 3am we put him in a luke warm tub
and it about killed me!
I cried with my little Owen who was sitting in the tub
BEGGING to get out and that he was cold. :(
It is so hard seeing your kids sick and them not
understanding why you're doing what you're doing.

So the next day I took him to the Dr and the Dr said
that he thought is was the roseola virus and the fever would break that night
and then he would get a rash.

His fever did break that evening but he never got a rash so
I am not sure that that is what he had. He seemed to get better
the next day. Then the poor kid got a really nasty cold a few days
later and had to suffer through that too.

Yeah for OWEN!

Owen is now officially potty trained!

Once I finally decided to bite the bullet and potty train
Owen he did it pretty fast!

The first day he only went in the toilet once...
second day he went the the toilet 3 times...
by the third day he didn't have any accidents!

It took him a little longer to figure out how
to do number 2 in the toilet.

After about 5 poopy pants I decided
to try bribery... I know best mom award goes to me.
But it worked!
I let him pick out some Disney figurines and he chose
Tangled figurines and it totally worked!
He has now done #2 in the toilet 3 days in a row!

I would now call him officially potty trained!
GO OWEN!
We are so proud of you!

Happy 11 month birthday Livvy!

My baby has just barely

enough hair to do a pony tail on top!
I'm not sure if I love the look...
but nothing is ugly on this beautiful baby!

Livvy has taken to having a
little bit of a drama queen personality!

She can already throw awesome fits,
complete with throwing things when she is mad.
She throws her best fits over gram crackers!
She drops it or it gets to soggy and watch out!
She YELLS and SCREAMS and THROWS the cracker if its too soggy
or not exactly handed to her the way she wants it handed to her!

Here is a picture of one of her fits(I had taken my phone away)
but it also shows off her two teeth!
Which she just got this past month!

She is also a huge SNUGGLER!
She loves snuggles and loves to
give loves! It is so stinkin' cute!
She will lay her head on your shoulder
and pat your back! I seriously melt into a pile
of mush when she does this (Which she does at least 5 times a day)

At 11 months...

• Wears size 2 diapers
• Wears mostly 3-6 month clothes with a few 6-9 month clothes thrown in
• Is a super fast crawler!
• Stands alone for 10-30 seconds at a time
• Takes a step between furniture
• Shakes her head no
• Says Dad
• Says Mama
• Says That and points while saying it :0)
• Gets into EVERYTHING!
• Still wont eat anything but Yogurt or baby snacks.
• Wont take a bottle
  
• Still nurses 3-6 times a day
• LOVES and I do mean LOVES the game Peek-a-boo!
• Likes to turn the TV on and off and on and off and on and off :)
• Likes being upside down
• Likes it when Daddy helps her chase Owen around the house.
