This year for Christmas Eve we had so much fun!
First we stopped by and hung out with Trents family for a little while,
then he headed over to my Mom's church for the rest of the
evening with my family.
First we played a little volley ball and let the kids run wild!

Then we ate some yummy dinner or Turkey, Green bean casserole,
funeral potatoes, rolls and some yummy green and red cake!

After that we cleaned up and heading into the Relief society room to sing some carols, do a little talent show and act out the nativity.

Then to end the evening we watched a slide show about Christs life, ministry, death, resurrection and the amazing gift He gave to all of us! It was a great way to remember what Christmas is really all about!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great way to spend Christmas Eve! A great way to teach the little ones why we have Christmas. Owen is so stinkin' cute in the sheep costume. And of course Owen would love Trax - I'll bet he'll be a train lover, too! We, too, love the "pretty lights."
