Owen and Livvy's Birthday Party!

To celebrate Owen and Livvy's birthday's

 we combined them and tried to party at the park...

We got to the park and started the coals for the hotdogs

and did some visiting and the wind picked up and made it really cold! 

So after some hurried dinner we all piled in our cars to finish the party at our house!

After we got to our house we put the cakes on the table 

and sang happy birthday to them and they both LOVED it!

Livvy even blew out her own candle!

Then it was on to presents!

Livvy totally got the idea and opened all of her gifts!

She loved looking at all of them and when she got a little

Minnie mouse outfit from my Mom she hugged it! (bottom left picture)

It was so cute!!

Owen loved all the stuff he got! and he got A LOT of stuff (So did Livvy!)

They were so spoiled it was way better than Christmas!

Then after that we dished up cake, played with toys and visited!

and made their birthdays so special!

How old are you? Right now I'm 3 but at my birthday I will turn 4!

Where is your favorite place to have a sleep over? Jennas! I sleeped over there for my birthday and there was a dog at their house.

What is your favorite primary song? Ummm Sunbeam!

What is your favorite song that isn't a primary song? Alphabet pig song

What is your favorite toy? Ummm... Guns!

Owen also says the funniest things like... 

Owen: I'm a boy, I can't paint my nails only girls can!
ME: Yes you're right.
Owen: Heavenly Father made me a boy from his boy machine and now I'm in his collection!
ME: hahahahaha I love you Owen! 

Owen likes to come and snuggle with me in the morning after Trent is up getting ready for work and here is what he said one morning...

Owen: I stole Daddy's spot he will be furious with me!

Me: What is he going to do to you?

Owen: He will wubba(This is means tickle in our house :) ) me! 

Me: Uh oh you better hide then!

Owen yelling: Daddy! I'm in your spot come and Wubba me!

hahahaha

Owen has the biggest brown puppy dog eyes that gets him out of trouble a lot!

We sure love our Owen even though he is getting to be a bit mouthy and throws some awesome fits!

Owen loves to dress up as pirates, race car drivers, knights and many more things!

 He loves to go on lunch dates with me too! :)

So many things to say about Livvy!

-She wears 12-18 month clothes.
-Wears size 3 diapers.

-She still wont eat much.

- She is saying and signing a lot more words!

-LOVES and I mean LOVES to color!

- Her laugh lights up a room.

- She likes to play with Owen as long as Owen lets her do exactly what she wants to do :)

- She sings the Alphabet song and it is so cute!

- She loves snuggles and hugs (She will pat your back when she is hugging you!)

- She sleeps from about 7:45pm-7:45am every night.

- The only thing we can guarantee

 to get in her tummy every day is Carnation Instant Breakfast.

-She is queen of BED HEAD!

-She is still teething and it's taking a long time for all her teeth to come in.

- She has a HUGE personality and is not quiet about letting you know when she doesn't like something.

- She loves balls.

-She still loves Mickey mouse but now loves Minnie too and she calls Minnie Ninnie :)

- She loves wearing her sunglasses!

-She is a outside girl and would live out there if I let her.

- She likes to play in the sand

- When Daddy comes home at night she always runs to the door yelling "Daddy, Daddy where are you?" 

-She is still working with Kids on the Move for eating and for speech.

We love our Livvy so much and can't possibly imagine our lives without her!

Mother's Day and my birthday.

The Saturday before mother's day I got to meet

up with a bunch of awesome ladies for my birthday breakfast and a pedicure afterwards!

We had so much fun! Then after pedis Jenna, Dawn and I went shopping!

I found a cute maternity swim suit and a dress! 

Trent kept the kids ALL day while I was having fun! It was the best mother's day/birthday gift ever!

When I got home from my day of fun there were flowers on the counter for me!

Owen and Livvy picked out the tulips all by themselves and were so excited to give them to me. :)

For mother's day I got a new griddle and cereal in bed :) 

(9 am church doesn't leave time for a big breakfast)

We went to church and then home for naps it was great!

After naps we went to Trent's parent for a Mother's day BBQ and Dawn pulled out

a giant ball that the kids could fit in and be rolled around the yard in!

Owen and Livvy LOVED it!

After all that fun it was bed time.

On my birthday which is today I didn't do much...

Got kids up, Owen to preschool, kids on the move with Livvy, hung out with Jenna, went to work, fed kids dinner then Trent got home!

Trent had the kids help him finish "Frosting" my birthday cake which Trent made and it's my favorite! 

(White cake with jello in it and frosted with cool whip! YUM!)

Then the kids and Trent sang happy birthday and I opened my gift which is new pots! Stainless steel ones and now I wont have yucky Teflon flicks in my food!

Trent then bathed and put the kids to bed then came down and made me and him dinner!

Now I'm relaxing and blogging I would say it's been a pretty good day!

Our Anniversary!

I can't believe it's been 5 YEARS!

I seriously remember our wedding day like it was yesterday!

For our anniversary we went and spent the night at

Hines mansion in Provo where we had stayed on our wedding night!

It was so fun to get away for one night even though I worried a lot that night about our little Owen who had thrown up at Grandmas house that evening :(

We went to dinner at this cute place called Station 22 on center street in Provo.

The food was yummy but the company was better! :0)

It had been so long since Trent and I had been on a date or even seen each other that much! :(

He has been working two jobs so that we can keep me home with the kids.

Anyway here is what has changed since our last anniversary!

Livvy turned 1

Owen turned 3

We are adding another baby girl to our family!

We moved twice

Trent loves his job

I got a very part time nanny position

These past five years have been the happiest of my life! We for sure have our hard times (This pregnancy has been VERY hard on me!) Trent is working 2 jobs and we miss his smile and help being around all the time but on the whole I have a hard time complaining and am very thankful for a husband that works so hard and so many hours so I can be home with the kids!

I love you Trent and can't wait to see what the rest of our lives bring!

Sick kiddos!

Last week was AWFUL at our house!

Owen started vomiting on Thursday morning then stopped until late that evening

and vomited literally all night long! 

He finally stopped vomiting at like 4 am and I was thinking he was on the mend.

By 4pm on Friday he still hadn't puked and seemed ok 

so my Mom said she would keep them overnight like we had planned

 (It was our 5th anniversary!)

I got a text from my Mom around 9pm saying he had puked again and had diarrhea and a fever but was now sleeping. I called and asked her if we needed to cut our night short and go get him but she said he was ok and sleeping.

Turns out he was ok the rest of the night THANKFULLY!

We went and picked them up from my Mom and took them home.

Owen asked for something to eat so we gave him some food and it promptly came right back up!

Then a few minutes after that he started crying for food and saying how hungry he was so we gave in and let him have some more food (BAD IDEA!)

About an hour after he ate EVERYTHING came back up and he had a fever again!

So off to instacare we went!

Turns out he just had a really bad stomach bug and then prescribed Zofran and lots of fluids.

(Poor kid lost 2lbs in 3 days!)

I then get a call from my sister in law who had Livvy telling me she had a fever of 102!

I think I may have lost it at that point...

Trent went and picked up Livvy and sure enough we had a sick little girl on our hands!

Thankfully Livvy just had Diarrhea  for a few hours and a fever for a few days and then she was all better!

I am one tired Mommy! I think I should get a break sometime soon!

It's a GIRL!

We actually found out 2 weeks ago that we

will be welcoming another little GIRL into our family! 

And her name is 

KYNSLIE! 

We are so excited! Trent knew all along that it was a girl but I didn't have any idea...
